Hello... It's your Mama.

Phew! Today's practice was tiring. I realised that I need much, much, more practice for the up-coming EVCO's concert. I need to train my stamina too. The pieces we're playing need loads of them.

While we're at somerset, we encounter this big SE W880 ad at the bus stop. CY and I just can't resist the temptation to take some goffy pictures with it.

Wai... Wai...? Wan bin gor ah?

The slimmest, 3G Walkman phone... But they never mention 'bout the size.

Ok! Now back to my Borderline Personality Disorder presentation slides...

Happy Birthday, Min!

On a lighter side, Friday is Min's birthday!

And more birthday collage from me!

Hahaha...

A picture paints a thosand words... Or at least a bunch of them does.

Is it worth all the trouble?

I believe that people who choose to stay in CO has either or both reasons: Passion for the music or the friends and cliques they found.

A classmate of mine once ask me why I choose CO as my CCA. If she ask me 7 years back, I'll reply her without hesitation that it's for passion and the good friends that I've met. But now, it feel more like an obligation. I don't feel so 'on' about CO like I used to. I guess it's due to the piling of stress from studies (ICAs, tests, skill test, ICAs, presentation... Did I mention ICAs?). In addition, I have to juggle between two orchestras.

To think I'll be busy with CO until August! *Faint*

Luckily my job in EVCO haven't start... yet. Lately, I don't feel so keen in going to my school's CO. I don't have the motivation I got in year one anymore. I don't get satisfaction from the things I does for the Oz trip too. As for the competition, I'm more worried 'bout the logistics than the pieces we're going to play.

Hai...

I just hope no major hiccups will occur when we get there.

Anyone can tell me how to get rid of eyebags?

Lab Session

Finally! I am able to blog again!

In the past two days, I was unable to write new post 'cause of some server error. Yesterday I have some fun during our lab session. I was not really concentrating on the experiment so I go around taking some pictures of what is going on.

Yup, I'm not the only one who is not paying attention in class.

Hahaha...

CY the Priceless

After my Sunday Routine (EVCO practice!), Damo, Xiu and I had a mission: Buy CY's birthday present.

After making CY assuming Xiu and I go 'Pak Tor', we procced to Simei to get the present: Nintendo DS Lite (DSL). Along the way, the three of us came up with a scheme to make CY earns his prize. Initialy, we wanna get the white coloured DSL with a pink coloured DSL's box. Sadly, the shop owner only have white DSL left. So we went to the gift shop and bought a pink box for the portable gaming console.

We even labeled the colour as pink too.

Hahaha...

After bidding goodbye the DK, we then head to Tamipines mall to get a T-shirt for him. After looking through some design , we settle on this:

So sweet, girly and despo isn't it? Though, we thinking of getting the 'Sorry Girls, I'm gay.', but we decided to be nicer to CY. We meet up the rest of the gang at Bugis. While we gave him the presents, he force him to make a choice: Either he wear the T-shirt , or carry the pink box in his hands for the rest of the day.

If you ask me, I think it's, not a bad deal to get a free DSL. Some of us suggested to change the word 'PRICELESS' to 'HOPELESS' or 'MEANINGLESS'.

Hahaha...

We went to V8, which situated at Bugis Junction, for our dinner. The food's not bad, though I find it rather salty. After dinner, we gossip for a while at BK before going home.

Seems like there's a lot of birthdays happening lately around me. Think my pocket will be burn to crsip...

Middleman

Life always has its ups and downs.

Today, I've contributed to a decision that will be the downside of 3 people.

The conclusion was made based on objective factors and was agreed by the higher authories. Though it's not the 1st time I was put in these kinda situation, I never like to be in the middle. But like my pal said: We have to think of the bigger picture and our ultimate goal.

---------------

Two of them came and talked to me 'bout the matter, but I've made a insensitive remarks. I guess I'm still not thoughtful enough to handle the situation.

Hai~~~

Ron and her Spidey

On this Monday, my classmates and I celebrates Ron's birthday (her actual birthday is on the 1st of May, Labour Day). GF went to M'sia and got Ron the Spiderman 3 poster as her present. We did the standard 'Sing Out Loud Happy Birthday Song' in the school's North Canteen. As for the rest of the story, I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Ciao.
